Refund Policy for Hands on Training and Online Training

At Knots Begone Remedial Massage, we pride ourselves on offering you a professional and supportive training. We strive to provide the best Hot Stone Training for you and your staff.

• 2 weeks notice is required to get a full refund on your deposit for Training (less admin fees of $25).
• Less than 2 weeks 50% of your deposit will be returned to you.
• If you are not happy with the online training and what it offers, you have 48hours after signing up to get a full refund less admin fees of $30.
• For Hands on Training if you want to transfer the amount to another course this is allowed as long as we have 2 weeks notice.
• We do not refund if you change your mind about doing the course.
